The RaicesCon 2024 conference plays a crucial role in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of Hispanics, Latinos, and Latinas in cybersecurity. This event seeks to bring together Hispanic and Latino’s and their allies in cybersecurity across academia, research, government, and industry. The conference features various components such as keynote speakers, technical presentations, workshops, panels, lightning talks, networking socials, resume reviews, mock interviews, a career fair for organizations to hire professionals and students, a Capture-the-Flag competition, and more.
By focusing on empowering Hispanic and Latino professionals in cybersecurity, Raices Cyber Org remains committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity within the industry. It provides a platform for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to connect, learn, and thrive in the field of cybersecurity.
